How Far in Advance should I book my party?

Ideally reservations should be made within 1-2 months of the desired party date, however if you are looking into a particular date and it is open, you are more than welcome to book it! Please keep in mind that rush fees may apply with last minute bookings to place orders and accommodate  everything in a timely manner. 

Where are your events held?

Parties are held at the clients request location. This is usually at their home, clubhouse, or any party area you request.  If your interested in hosting a party outside-we recommend this is done only in winter months due to heat index during summer months. 

**We do not operate out of a store location. We come to you.

How many hours is my party packages for?

All of our packages are scheduled for 2 hours. This number represents the maximum number of hours that may be needed to complete all services in that package. Some parties may finish sooner, or slightly later depending on the number of guest. This does not include your cake time or gift opening! As a reminder be sure to select a party start and end time for your guests that not only allows the maximum allotted hours needed for our services, but time for any special activities you may have planned as well. 

What are the recommend ages for the parties?

Our parties and their services/activities are recommended for guests ages 4-13. However, this is just a recommendation.  

Do you provide food/cake/silverware

We do not provide food, cake, and  utensils. We bring the fun/glitz & glam. :) 

Is the guest on honor included in my package guest count? Can I add more guest?

Yes. The guest of honor is included in the package guest count. Our themed packages are priced for "up to 8 guest" this includes guest of honor plus 7 more guest. 


You can always add more guest to your package.

What do I need to buy/Provide for my party?

You only need to provide: Cake, Refreshments and if you choose too, Food and Party Favors. 

*We have a party favor package upgrade for your Convenience.

We only require clear access to the party space, hot water, and/or electricity!

When will hostess arrive to set up?

Hostess(es) will arrive within an hour and a half of the official party start time to unload and set-up for your party. 

Upon arrival Please have payment and party agreement ready and the selected  party space already clear, so hostesses may proceed with set-up as quickly as possible. 

Upon completion of services, hostesses will immediately begin to clean up and begin to exit the property.This is a perfect time for cake & gift opening. The clean up process is normally between 25-45 minutes.

Will you bring the table/chairs and decor?

We will provide complimentary table(s) and seating for use by guests during all activities listed in the party package.

We provide table linen/back drops and complete table scape for each party according to the theme of party. You are more then welcome to provide your own balloons and any additional decor you may want to add. 


Every location is different and we must adapt the set-up according to each individual party. It is helpful to submit pictures of the area prior to the party.
